By submitting your information, you provide your prior express written consent for Guaranteed Estimator and the contractors we match you with to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message, where an auto-dialer may be used. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking a caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list, or emailing support@guaranteedestimator.com.

Important disclaimers:

• Any pricing information provided through our platform is preliminary and for informational purposes only
• Final pricing must be confirmed through direct consultation with a contractor
• Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after physical inspection
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of estimates or that contractors will honor estimated prices
• All contracts and agreements are between you and the contractor, not Guaranteed Estimator
• We recommend obtaining multiple quotes and verifying contractor credentials before proceeding

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Guaranteed Estimator does not employ contractors and is not responsible for their work, conduct, or performance. We recommend that you:

• Check references and reviews
• Obtain written contracts before work begins
• Ensure contractors carry appropriate insurance and licensing for your area
• Understand payment terms and warranty coverage

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for disputes between users and contractors
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the past 12 months
