About Guaranteed Estimator

Guaranteed Estimator is a free service that matches homeowners with local, licensed home improvement contractors. You answer a few questions about your project; we route your request to contractors who work in your area and want the job. They contact you with quotes. You compare and decide.

We are not a contractor. We do not perform roofing or any other home improvement work, we do not employ the contractors in our network, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with them. Quotes come from independent businesses and are theirs to honor.

Contractors pay us for the introduction. You never pay Guaranteed Estimator anything. That model is why we are direct about the trade-off: submitting the form means contractors will contact you, including by phone and text. The specifics are in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and you can opt out at any time.

• Prompt, professional contact — and no contact once you ask them to stop

We verify credentials at onboarding, but we still recommend you check them independently before hiring. Our Terms of Use explains why that matters.
