Electronic Signature and Records Consent

By using Guaranteed Estimator and submitting a request, you consent under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) to receive all records, disclosures, notices, and agreements from us electronically, rather than on paper. This includes our Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and the consent disclosure shown above the submit button on our forms.

When you click the submit button on our form, your click constitutes your electronic signature. It has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and indicates your agreement to the disclosure displayed at the time of submission. We retain a record of that disclosure, the date and time of your submission, and the page you submitted it from.

To access and retain electronic records, you will need:

• A current version of a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge
• An active email account and the software required to access it
• A device with internet access
• Sufficient storage or a printer to save or print records you wish to retain

You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by emailing support@guaranteedestimator.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of records provided before the withdrawal took effect. Because our services are delivered entirely online, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide them to you.

You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by emailing support@guaranteedestimator.com. We do not charge a fee for paper copies. Please keep your email address current by notifying us at the same address if it changes.
