Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Send your request to our privacy team with the subject line “Privacy Request”:

Include the following so we can locate and verify your records:

• The request type — opt out of sale/sharing, access, correction, or deletion
• Your full name
• The phone number and email address you submitted to us
• Your state of residence
• If you are an authorized agent, proof of your authority to act on the consumer’s behalf

We will verify your request using the contact information you provide and respond within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal, and we will decide the appeal within 60 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Guaranteed Estimator recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing. If you enable GPC in a supported browser, we treat it as your opt-out for that browser and device — no request form required.

Opting out stops future sharing by Guaranteed Estimator. It does not retroactively withdraw information already delivered to a contractor. To stop contact from a specific contractor, ask them directly to add you to their internal do-not-call list, or reply STOP to their text messages.
